I'm currently chowing down on some egg salad from Bfoods and wishing i didn't have a million things to do today that are more important than sitting here, and yet here i still am.
The wedding is...*gasp* 45 days away! I still have centerpieces to make, terrariums to construct and our wedding bands to cast. Anyone out there have advice on casting gold? Cause I've never done it before. Woohooo for adventures.
My metals class this semester starts with Teapots and tea strainers, and that just makes me damn excited.
The only piece of jewelry i made this summer was for a good friend of mine. Her wedding gift was her hair comb, she gave me two pictures of what she wanted and i morphed them in to something. Sterling silver and amethyst... so sparkly!!! I have not yet taken pictures even tho the wedding is long over... hopefully i'll get them up soon. Keep your eyes peeled, but don't by any means hold your breath.
I also have my own jewelry to make for our wedding. And my dress to finish. i really hope that my classes are easy prior to october 10th, or I'm screwed.
anyone that knows how to cast should let me in on their secrets. I don't want to fuck this up. I don't have time for no stinking re-dos.
xoxo

I'll sit under the stars and I'll play my guitar and I'll let the night draw to a close, and all who surround me will sing and they'll strum, and we'll all love the life that we chose.
